I am planing to go to Paris at new year's eve. How is the weather in winter? Is it a proper time to visit the sightseeings of Paris, walk in the streets of Monmarte and Marais and also some of the gardens(Luxemburg, Bulogne etc)? I suppose the big advantage such days is how Paris is illuminated at nights...
