The hotel Astoria is a small family hotel close to the old city (10 min walk). Our hotel offers free parking and a cosy coffee shop serving sweets and desserts.

Within walking distance of many of Salzburg's historic attractions, inlcuding Mozart's birthplace, Hotel Astoria is an ideal location to start from when visiting Salzburg.

All rooms have bath/shower, WC, telephone, TV, internet-connection, hairdryer and balcony. There is a bus stop directly outside and the hotel is easily accessible from the airport and highway.

Directions

From the city center Getreidegasse (approx 15 minutes walk)
Head towards Bürgerspitalgasse,
Turn left into the Bürgerspitalgasse,
Head straight on into Herbert-von-Karajan-Platz, then to Siegmundstor, Hildmannplatz, Neutorstraße and finally Maxglaner Hauptstraße.

The Hotel Astoria is at no. 7.

From the Airport: (approx 15 minutes by car
From Innsbrucker Bundesstraße turn right into the Maxglaner
Hauptstraße. Hotel Astoria is in Maxglaner Hauptstraße 7.

By bus ? take bus Nr. 1 to the city center - Mirabellplatz ?
Take this bus to right outside the hotel ? bustop Bräuhausgasse.
