Schladming is located in the heart of the Dachstein Tauern' region, one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in Austria. Our guesthouse is located in the pedestrian zone in Schladming's town center. Reach the Planai ski lifts within a 5 min walk!

We offer 2-5 bedded rooms with private bathrooms and family rooms with private bathrooms.

The following facilities are available: Highchairs, seminar rooms, Internet terminals, common rooms, Café 'Servus', grilling facilities, sauna, ski/snowboard storage, ping-pong, 'Fun Court' (great for ball games) and diet summer camps for children.

Directions

Arrival by train:
- The train station Schladming is 20 min from the guesthouse (2 km).


Arrival by car:
- Coming from Graz
Take A9 (Phyrnautobahn), exit 'Liezen' and take B146 (Ennstalbundesstraße) to Schladming. Turn left after gas station and ARBÖ building (Schladming Ost/Planai Talstation), go straight up to roundabout and turn left into Berggasse (very small street).
- Turn right at parking, turn right again after parking, pass by the post office and turn right at the yellow trumpet.

Coming from Linz:
- Take A1 (Westautobahn) to 'Voralpenkeuz', continue direction Liezen/Phyrnpaß/Graz to Liezen (A9 Phyrnautobahn).
- From Liezen continue as above.

Coming from Salzburg:
- Take A10 (Tauernautobahn), exit 'Eben/Pongau' and take B146 to Schladming. Pass by Schladming, turn right at the end of village (Schladming Ost/Planai Talstation) and continue as above.
