Located just 10 minutes walking-distance from the Imperial Palace (the very centre of Vienna), this small guesthouse is located in a good living area with all facilities you need scattered right around the premises. These include banks, supermarkets, bars, internet-cafés, 24h-operated laundrette, shopping-centre and more.

Though simple, the student-rooms with bunk beds are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, each holding a private TV.

A fully equipped kitchenette invites you to prepare your own food, but, of course, next to our premises are plenty of restaurants offering excellent budget-priced dishes.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance without exception. By booking in our premises, guests agree to this rule. For no show or late cancellations guests accept the first night being charged to their credit-cards. There is a minimum stay here of 2 continuous nights.
