The guestrooms are elegant and comfortable. Each room comes with a private bathroom, its own deck with panoramic view of the sea (unrivaled in Sinemoretz), and the use of a grassy inner courtyard. Arrangements for full board (lunch and/or dinner) can be made in our cafe.
The area boasts of several superb beaches, accessible wooded mountains, rivers, nature reserves, and the village of Sinemoretz with restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops.
There are opportunities for swimming, hiking, boat rides on the Veleka River, fishing in the sea or rivers, nature walks, bird-watching, botanical and ethnographic tours. Upon request, Villa Philadelphia will make arrangements for these and other activities.
