Set within spacious grounds; our new Villa; is situated in a quiet location, well away from major roads. We are only a few minutes walk from the Siem Reap River and the commercial heart of Siem Reap Town.

We have some of the best food & friendliest atmosphere of any budget guest house in Siem Reap.

We have 11 bedrooms with double twin or triple beds

All rooms have air conditioning, en suite bath or showers with, western WC and hot water.

We have quality wooden beds with sprung mattresses

All rooms have wardrobes dressing tables/desks and bedside cabinets.

Cable TV is available in all rooms.

We have an onsite Laundry service.

We are keen on photography and we are a haven for keen photographers, as well as those who just like taking a few holiday snapshots. We have an interesting photo gallery of Cambodia here and are offering unique photographic and tour services.

We can assist with any photo needs like processing, digital camera downloads, CD writing and offer advice on the best places to go.

We run frequent trips for photographers, to places well away from the main Angkor Temples, giving some unusual photo opportunities.

We are 5 mins on moto from old Siem Reap with its French colonial atmosphere and the old Psah Chas market.

We can arrange transport to the temples (5 Kms away) and elsewhere, easily and economically.

Nearby is Wat Bo Lanka, a small colourful Buddhist Pagoda.

A lovely river walk starts a couple of blocks away. This takes you past Angkor Wat in Miniature to the river, the Royal Palace and parks near the Grand Hotel De Angkor. The walk can take between 30mins and several hours depending on how many restaurants and bars you visit on the way
