The apartments are situated only five minutes walk from the centre of Cavtat and the luxurious five-star hotel Croatia. A grocery store and bus stop (leaving hourly for Dubrovnik Old Town) are immediately opposite.

This is a nice starting point for visiting Dubrovnik, its Riviera, and picturesque Konavle Valley. If you want a retreat from the bustle of Dubrovnik and still be able to visit it as often as you like, Apartments Bacan is the perfect choice for you.

Directions

The easiest way to reach Cavtat is by air. Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km from Cavtat (10 minutes' drive); there is no direct bus connection but we run a constant shuttle (for a small fee) to and from the airport and Apartments Bacan.

If you are coming from Dubrovnik, you can take bus no. 10 which stops near our house (ask the driver for the second-last bus stop called Mecajac). Or, you can take a boat from Dubrovnik to Cavtat harbour and call us when you arrive.

If you decide to come by car, Cavtat is about 16 km south of Dubrovnik (30 minutes' drive). When you reach a village called Zvekovica, turn right off the main road, and take the road to Cavtat center and Hotel Croatia . After passing the Cavtat town sign, drive for about 500 metres. Our house is on the right and is fronted by a large 'Apartments Bacan' sign and a map of Cavtat. There is a private parking in front of the house. The reception office is on the ground floor.
