Property Description

Our property is a small bed and breakfast house on the Island of Mali Lo?inj, next to Krk in the northern Adriatic. From our house, located in a quiet but accessible area, it is easy to get to both the eastern and western sides of the island. Lo?inj is one of the most desirable Adriatic islands. With approx. 2600 hours of sunshine a year, it is one of the sunniest areas of Europe. Thanks to its one-hundred-year-old pine forest which slides down to the beautiful beaches, it is also the most forested Adriatic island.

You'll find many coves here, surrounded by the rocky pine forest. Romantic paths by the sea, made at the end of the last century, lure you from cove to cove. The sea is crystal clean, attracting many divers who lend themselves to the pleasure of researching the sea depths.
There are 4 diving schools - we especially recommend the German one 'ADRIATIC DIVERS'.
Those who love tennis, horse riding, surfing, mini golf, hunting, panoramic flights, bike riding and mountaineering will also be very satisfied.

We offer single and double rooms - every room has a balcony and in each one there is a refrigerator. We also offer completely equipped apartments for 2-5 people, each one with a balcony or terrace, and parking for approximately 10 automobiles beside the house. Two of the apartments consist of one double bed and a sofa bed (which sleeps one) and the other apartment has two double beds and a sofa bed.

Five minutes from the house there are 3 shops, a bakery, butcher and two restaurants. In an enclosed part of the yard, there's a roofed terrace with a table and chairs surrounded with a lot of flowers. Our breakfast room seats 18 people and is equipped with satellite TV.

Pension Theimer is open from Easter through to the end of October.
