Property Description

We are a small hotel located in Rovinj, Croatia just 300 metres from the beach and the Adriatic Sea.

We offer single, double, tripple and quad rooms, all of which are ensuite. We have family rooms too which sleep up to 4 people, also every one which it's own shower and toilett. The triple and quad (family) rooms have even airconditioning. Internet on request.

Every year big pop events takes place in 'Monvi', a amusement park, just 2 km from our house.

But you should also take a look at the beautiful old town of Rovinj, the Colosseum of Pula and the many other attractions in the surrounding area!!!

We even offer tours across Istria for EUR 25,-- per person. You can choose between the 'sea side tour' with the Colosseum and the Augustus Temple in Pula and the St. Euphrasius church in Porec or the 'Tuscany tour' accross the country side, with old castles, freskos and where you can try truffles, prosciutto, sheep cheese and of course the fabolous Istrian wine ! ! !

Please note that if you do not cancel at least 3 days in advance you will be charged for one night.

Rooms are available from 3 p. m., if you arrive earlier, you can leave the luggage in our house. In the meantime you can take a bath in the warm sea, or take a look to the centre of Rovinj!
Check out time is 12.00 p. m.

Directions

You can take the bus from Trieste (2 pm and 4 pm) which you'll find beside the railway station and it will cost around EUR 12.

Or you can take the ferry from Venice (every Friday at 5 p.m. from the port san basilio) and costs around EUR 30, -- one way, EUR 55, -- two ways (only from June to September).

We will pick you up from the bus station in Rovinj for free!
We cannot pick you up from the ferry port, so turn after the pier right and go along the harbour. After aproximately 1 km you come to a huge building, the tobacco factory, there is standing 'Adris' on a flag outside of the building. Here you turn left, on the right hand side you will see a taxi stand, 100 m after you will see the bus station! Just give us a call or send us a SMS and we'll be with you within 5 minutes!
If you don't have a mobile phone, don't turn right to the bus station, but go after the taxi stand straight ahead to the street 'Carera'. 50 m after you have entered this street, you will see a little shop, where you can buy cigarettes, newspapers and so on. There is always standing a telephone outside, from there you can call us too!
We also offer pick up service from the international airport of Pula for free, if you stay minimum 7 nights, if you stay less, we charge EUR 20,--.
