Property Description

Apartemnt Maldina is situated 27km east from Split - (the second biggest town in Croatia and also the Capitol of Region Dalmatia) in the direction to Makarska near Omis(8 km) on the Adriatic coast!

In our house you can find everything that you and your family need for a relaxing holiday.

The house was built in 1999 and contains one 5-bed apartment, five 4-bed apartments and one 3-bed apartment. All of them have own bathroom, own kitchen, TV and big common sea view terrace with chairs and tables. You can also use gril for barbecue.
Apartment A1 is 5-bed apartment in groundfloor with 2 bedrooms which has air-condition.
Apartments A2, A4 and A6 are 4-bed apartments which have all beds in one room and have beautiful sea view balconies.
Apartments A3 and A5 are 4-bed apartments with 2 bedrooms. They don't have its' own balconies but can use big common terrace on the first floor.
Apartment A7 is 3-bed apartment on third floor and has all beds in one room. Don't have its' own balcony but also can use big common terrace on first floor.

A market, post-office, exchange service, restaurant, etc. are in the immediate vicinity.

Lokva Rogoznica is a quiet place situated on the coast of the Brac Channel, under Mt. Mosor. Rogoznica is eight kilometres from Omi?, in the direction of Makarska.

The Adriatic Sea is known as one of the most beautiful in the world and you will be able to appreciate its full charm on our beaches. The house is just 50 metres from the sea and we organize daily boat trips to see the sights of Brac Island, the canyon of the Cetina River and the town of Omi? itself.

Directions

The nearest major bus stop is in Omi? (8 km before our accommodation) and the small one is 50m from apartment (called Lokva Rogoznica, Ivasnjak)

The nearest train stop is in Split (30 km north of our accommodation).

Split airport is 50 km north of us.

With a car: in the direction from Split to Makarska, you pass Omis and after first tunnel, you take first on the left, then first on the right, and once more first on the right. Then you will find yourself in front of my house.

If you are coming with the bus:
I recommend you to take bus line Zagreb ? Makarska from carrier «Promet Makarska». It is very important that you accentuate to the driver that you plan to get down in Lokva Rogoznica (Iva?njak) after tunnel. When you come to Lokva Rogoznica, you take one small street which pass by the restaurant «Skalinada» and you take first passage on the right. When you pass throuht this passage you will see house Apartmani Mladina which is third on the left side of this street.

If you are coming with the aeroplane:
The nearest airport is Split (Ka?tela) which is about 60 km from the house Apartmani Mladina. Aftr you exit the airport, you have on your dispose busses which drives to the main bus station in Split. On a bus station in Split you take us line Split ? Makarska from carrier «Promet Makarska». After you come in the bus you tell to the driver that stops you in Lokva Rogozinca (Iva?njak) after tunnel.
