Property Description

Our guesthouse is located in the villa quarter of Brno, perched on a south-facing hill above the centre of the trade fairs area. It is only a fifteen minute walk from our pension down to the fairgrounds,also into the city centre.


We can accommodate up to eleven people in single, double, twin and one three-bedded room. In the summer months guests can take advantage of our 8-metre long outdoor swimming pool, equipped with a solar warming system.

Please note that the private room with ensuite is also suitable for a couple.

From the Brno main coach station: Take tram No 12(the tram-stop is about
100m across the foot-bridge) to the tram-stop Ceska. From here go to
Komenskeho namesti (60m), to the trolley-bus terminus, and take the
trolley-bus
No. 38 taking off at the stop Marie Pujmanove (last but one station of the
route 38). Walk ca 30m along Preslova street and the guest-house will
appear on your
right side.

in front of the train station) to the tram/trolley-stop Komenskeho namesti,and take the
trolley-bus

route 38). Walk ca 30m along Preslova street and the guest-house will
appear on your
right side.


The way from our-guesthouse to the entrance of The Brno Trade Fairs takes
15 minutes walk. It is complicated to explain it but we can show it to our
guests in the map upon their arrival.
