It has block has 7 independent studios, apartments and flats in the centre of Karlovy Varyy (5 minutes walking distance from the spa-zone). There is also city-bus stop just 50 metres away.
STUDIOS have 1 room with kitchenette, WC and bathroom, APARTMENTS have 1 bedsit, WC, bathroom and kitchen, FLATS have 2 bedsits, WC, bathroom and kitchen. All apartments are equipped with a phone or cellular phones, CD player, DVD or DVD Home Cinema 5.1, video. Kitchens are equipped by el. stove, oven or microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge. Apartments and flats have also washers.
Beside that there are:

* Local shops and supermarkets nearby
Our guests have their own privacy, but they can contact us any time and even in case of late arrivals or any emergency when we are not at home (there is also an answering machine). Studios have their own intercom phone connection to us and apartments and flats have cellular phones.
Car parking:
We have safe parking in 3 garages (small costs 100 crowns, bigger costs 120 crowns) or in the back yard (free of charge). Due to limited parking places we recommend you reserve in advance.
