From the airport the best way is by taxi CEDAZ. It is fix price 480,-CZK / 1 - 4 people or 960,- CZK/ 5-8 person . But only taxi CEDAZ ( white mikrobus volkswagen), the another taxi are more expensive.
Another way is by public transportation. It is very easy and you will go about 40 min.
First go by bus numer 119 to the stop DEJVICKA (end stop) , after go by subway line A to STRASNICKA and from STRASNICKA go by bus numer 188 to the stop POD VINICI.
( six stops) From there it is about 50 m by foot. Go back about 30m and the first street left. This is the street PRED SKALKAMI.

From the train station go by metro line C to MUZEUM and after change to line A and go to the stop STRASNICKA. From there go by bus numer 188 to the stop POD VINICI

This tickets are good for all transport in Prague ( metro, bus, trams) at any time.
The connection to the centre:
Bus number 188 will take you to Strasnicka metro station in just five minutes. By metro will get to Venceslav Square in about 5 min. The bus has an interval of 8 min. and the bus stop is in front of the house. Tram number 11, also stops near the apartment and goes direct to down town. ( 15 min )This tram goes all night and has intervals of 8 min.
