House with an original reconstruction from 2003.The apartments have an original atmosphere and stylish design. All ensuited apartments come with their own kitchenette, fridge and own bathroom with shower and non stop hot water. Lines, towels, cleaning included in rate.This will be your home in the city centre with its own conveniences. You will get your own keys for the front door and the apartment. All no ensuited cheaper privates /shared bathroom/ are located in Ariva Dependency House which is located just 1 minute walk from Ariva Guesthouse.

We require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Check in time in Ariva Guesthouse is from 12:00 midday to 20:00 /8pm/. Later check-in : special agreement via e-mail. Check-in before 12:00 a.m. is not possible. Changes in check in time are possible on agreement via email or by phone.

From Main station - Prague:
Very simply you can take the tram No. 9, 26, 5, 55, 58 and go to the station 'Lipanská' (second station from Main Station 'Hlavní nádra?í'). From the station 'Lipanská' you will go for walk back against the direction you come, around the big black church. In opposite of entering in to the church there is 'Vlkova' Street and you can already see the typical green-orange front of the ARIVA guest house.
