Hotel Maritime is perfectly set in the city centre next to the Copenhagen harbour and only a few minutes on foot from Nyhavn's Restaurants, Amalienborg (The Royal Castle), Christiansborg The Danish Parliament), The Royal Theatre, Kongens Nytorv and excellent shopping at Strøget, the pedestrian street and the major department stores.

Hotel Maritime is rated as a 3-star Hotel Garni by the official Danish rating system.

Hotel Maritime has 64 refurbished rooms all with en suite bathrooms (shower and toilet), cable-TV, radio and direct dial telephone with PC-plug. In our reception we have a guest PC with free ASDL-access to the internet.

- Buffet breakfast is available daily between 7am-10 a.m. in our restaurant on the ground floor.
- Dry cleaning and laundry service same day delivery Monday through Friday.
- Drinks and sandwiches available 24 hours a day.
- Luggage can be left for safekeeping

The cruiseships dock at Langelinie are approximately 3km from our hotel. Langelinie, and the Little Mermaid, can be reached by taxi in less than 10 minutes.

Parking is available in the street close to our hotel.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. but rooms are normally available from around noon. Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Directions

A taxi to/from the airport is approx. dkk. 150,00. The distance is abt. 8,5 km and the trip normally takes abt. 15 minutes. Ask the driver to take the coastral road (Amager Strandvej), which is faster and less expensive than the (new) highway.

Busline number 2A (yellow colour) to/from the airport leaves every 10 minutes and stops at the old Stock-Exchange, approx. 10 minutes walk from Hotel Maritime. The bustrip takes abt. 35 minutes.

There is also a train service as well as a direct busline no. 250S between the airport and the Central Railway Station.

The distance between The Central Railway station (and Tivoli Garden) and Hotel Maritime is approx. 2,5 km. Busline no. 6 runs between the station and Kongens Nytorv, a few minutes walk from our hotel. Busline 550S runs between the station (from the back of building) and stops at Holbergsgade right next to the hotel.
