A comfortable and reasonable B&B hotel (three diamond rating) benefiting from its good location.

We are near the University of Central England, the Grey Hound Stadium, only 10 minute walk to the Alexandrea Stadium and a 10 minute drive to Birmingham city centre. Aston Villa Stadium is also close by.

Most of the rooms have en-suite facilities (shower and WC), TV in all rooms, satellite TV in lounge, tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms. No smoking in bedrooms, only in hotel lounge and pool room. Pool table available.

PLEASE NOTE: That our double rooms consist of one bed that sleeps 2 people and not 2 separate beds.

English breakfast served in the dining room as well as dinner (upon request ordered by 12 noon on the day). Private car park with 14 bays.

By Train:
All Inter-City services to Birmingham arrive at Birmingham New Street Station. Usually about two trains an hour leave New Street for Perry Barr Station(journey time approx. 10 minute) on the Cross City(Walsall) line.

By Bus:
Bus numbers 997, 934,993, 33 and 34 travel from Dale End(outside Marks&Spencers). Ask for Nash Square bus stom from which the Park Hotel is 2 minute walk.
Fare: £1.40 single
Taxi: from city centre or New Street Railway Station approx. £8 . From NEC or Birmingham International Airport approx. £18- £20 single journey.
