All our rooms are ensuite with shower, washbasin and WC and the bedrooms include central heating, colour TV, Hospitality Tray. Ironing Facilities are also available.

We have an elegant Residents' Lounge which is next to the Bar, Dining Room and outside Patio with tables.

We serve both English and Continental Breakfast and Vegetarians are catered for.

PLEASE NOTE: Family 4 room is only suitable for two adults and two children as the bunk beds are only 2ft 6ins wide. All rooms are offered subject to them being available and a booking is only confirmed on receipt of deposit of £40.00 either by cash, cheque or credit card valid for the correct amount.

For cancellations made more than seven days prior to arrival, there will be no charge except a small cancellation fee of £10.00
For cancellations made within seven days of arrival, we shall make an effort to re-let the accommodation. If we succeed in re-letting, there will be a cancellation fee of £40.00 which is your deposit. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting your accommodation, your liability in law is limited to 66% of the total cost of the proposed stay or the deposit whichever is the greater.
