Well situated for shopping at Cheshire Oaks or Chester Races, being positioned on a regular bus service to the City Centre and only 12 minutes walk from the City itself. We offer 8 large, comfortable, en-suite rooms offering Single, Twin, Triple and Family bedrooms.

We welcome overseas visitors seeking a clean comfortable Guest House. This is also a perfect retreat for business travellers - where we are able to offer an internet/email service using our LAN to those with laptops with built in WiFi Network cards.

Cancellation charges:

More than 1 week before arrival - a £10 booking fee is payable
Between 1 week and 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the total cost is payable
Less than 72 hours before arrival: 100% of the total cost is payable

How To Find Us

By Road:
Junction 12 off the M53, turn at the roundabout towards Chester on the A56
Go straight across the next roundabout still on A56
Travel 0.6miles along Hoole Road
Upon approaching Hoole Church on the left hand side we are found just on the right hand side observed by a swing sign saying Chester House.

By Bus:
A bus service into the City Centre is served every 10 minutes from just across the road from the Guest House

By Train:
We are approximately a 10 minute walk from Chester train station.
