Located in the heart of Manchester's trendy Northern Quarter. Providing quality ensuite budget accommodation in this increasingly popular city we will provide you with the best value in the city.

All of our rooms are equipped with modern furnishings and the most up to date technology. Wireless internet access will soon be available throughout the building.

A variety of private twin and double room loft conversions, family rooms and 4 to 10 bed dormitories give the individual traveller or group an excellent choice in accommodation.

We provide a light complimentary breakfast for all of our guests in our self catering kitchen where you can also cook for yourself. Alternatively the Koffee Pot downstairs will provide guests with a full English breakfast for less than £4.00 - marvellous value - terrific breakfast.
