Property Description
Montgomery House is situated in Whalley Range in Manchester, and it over looks Alexandra Park. We have a wide variety of people/students that come to our halls from Polish and Russian to English and Chinese.
We offer a single room policy with wash basin, desk, bed, desk chair, comfy chair and the additional internet connection for a few of £12 per month for broadband. We have communal rooms with widescreen plasma TV with free view, vending machines, pool tables, and sofas for you to relax during your stay. We have communal bathrooms which are single sex with baths, showers and toilets. In the kitchens you can have your own cupboard which you can lock up so no one can get into them. We also have washing facilities which residents and guests can wash clothes during their stay.
We have 24 hour CCTV all around the building so you can feel safe here. We put our residents' safety seriously and first! All guests must be signed in and out, anyone found in the halls, not meant to be here, will be escorted out of the building. We have pay phones situated on 2 floors of the building for use of residents/guests. We provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for short/ long term stays in Manchester. Overall we are only interested in making your stay in Manchester a pleasant and enjoyable one.
