Kirribilli is run by Nick & Julie, our accommodation is clean & bright with comfortable rooms of various sizes sleeping 1,2,3 & 4 persons all with either sea or countryside views, TV, central heating and complimentary tea & coffee.

OUR ROOMS THAT SLEEP 4 CONSIST OF 1 DOUBLE BED AND 1 BUNK BED
OUR TRIPLE ROOM IS 1 SINGLE BED AND BUNKS
THE TWIN AND DOUBLE WITH SHARED FACILITIES HAVE A SHOWER AND WASH BASIN IN THE ROOM
Within 4 mins walk you will be in the lively town, Towan Beach is just 10 mins walk away and Fistral Beach approx 15 mins.
We offer our guests a help yourself style as much as your like breakfast consisting of Fresh coffee & tea's, fresh fruit juice's a selection of cereal's, white and brown bread for toasting along with spreads and preserves
We have a NO SMOKING policy.
We do not have curfews and you have your own key access so you can enjoy Newquay's nightlife to the full.
We are open all year and are happy to accept
couples, singles, families & sensible groups!

All accounts are payable in full on arrival
loss of keys are charged at £7 per set
All damages must be paid for and will be debited from your card if found after vacation
