Cholderton Farm is only 4 miles from Stonehenge and 8 miles from Salisbury with its' wonderful Medieval Cathedral and restored town buildings. The hostel with lots of character makes a great alternative place to stay and is especially suited to families and groups.

We provide a comfortable, friendly, small hostel with 2x6 bedded dormitories and 2x3 bedded family rooms with travel cots available to use.
We also have Tipi tents with fires to sleep in, sharing hostel facilities.

The hostel space is in the upstairs section of the converted farm house and overlooks a wonderful rare breeds farm that is open to the public. With animals to see, parks to play in and a woodland to walk through, it is a great place to stay.

Check in must be by 8pm unless another specific arrangement has been made. Access to the hostel after 9pm is by use of a key only.

Directions

Travel by car: Just off the A303/A338 and only 4 miles from Stonehenge. Large Car park available, able to accommodate coaches.

Travel by Bus: from Salisbury on the 63 or 63X, with Wilts and Dorset bus company, hourly Monday-Saturday, no service on a Sunday, no service in the evenings.
Coach to Heathrow and Gatwick 1.5-2 hours from Salisbury.

Travel by train: Grateley station is only 3.5 miles on foot. On the Salisbury - Waterloo line.
