Hostel Adler provides almost 60 beds in all kind of rooms on 2 floors; showers and toilets are outside of the rooms on each floor.
In front of Hostel Adler the lively square between Linienstraße, Oranienburger Straße and Friedrichstraße was synonymous with cosmopolitan entertainment in the 1920s and becomes, now, one of the best starting points to discover the exciting array of galleries like the “Kunst-Werke” and others in our village; the Friedrichstraße itself, especially in its middle part with its urban flair is one of the most attractive shopping malls of the modern Berlin.
For a promenade along the Spree-river it takes about 15 minutes on foot to get to the Museum Island, the Brandenburger Tor and the Reichstag. Next to us, from the Oranienburger Straße to Hackescher Markt, you can relax and enjoy Berlin`s nightlife in numerous clubs and bars.
You will also find an underground station right in front of our house.

IMPORTANT: Check-in should be before 5:00 PM. If you are going to arrive after 5 p.m., please, contact us by email or phone before your arrival. The reception is open between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

We don’t offer any breakfast, but near Hostel Adler you will find many fine cafés, pubs and restaurants offering a great variety of fine food at reasonable price.

How to find Hostel Adler at “Oranienburger Tor”-station (Underground line 6):
From Ostbahnhof and Zoo-Station (“Zoologischer Garten”): Take one of the S-Bahn/suburban train S3,S5,S7,S9,S75 to “Friedrichstraße”-station. Change to the underground line U6 direction “Alt Tegel” for one stop to “Oranienburger Tor”-station; get off the train.
From airport Tegel: Take the bus line 128 to “Kurt-Schumacher-Platz” where you change to the underground line U6 direction “Alt Mariendorf”; get off the train at “Oranienburger Tor”-station.
From airport Schönefeld: Take the S-Bahn line S9 to “Friedrichstraße”-station where you change to the underground line U6 direction “Alt Tegel”; get off the train at “Oranienburger Tor”-station.
From airport Tempelhof: Take the underground line U6 direction “Alt Tegel” and get off the train at “Oranienburger Tor”-station.

If you come by car take the exist 'Kurt-Schumacher-Damm' from the 'A111 (Motorway Berlin - Hamburg.
