Property Description

Our Hotel, is located in Lankwitz, the famous old musicians quarter in Berlin. The air is always fresh here and there are plenty of trees all around, but in the Center of Berlin-Steglitz-Zehlendorf.
But we are also located just 800m from the main street (B 96a) heading from Potsdam to the City-Center of Berlin.

Even without a car, you don't have any problems, because the public transportation is excellent.

Our De Lux Rooms include:
Room with shower & toilet, cable tv, safe & mini bar.
A phone is available for a small fee, also a DSL Internet connection.
A ritch German breakfast buffet is available from 8a.m.- 10a.m.
for only ? 7,50 p.P.
Most of our Rooms face West, out to the gardens.
We have a parking lot, free for our guests.

NOTE: RECEPTION IS OPEN FROM 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
We have a Night Key Safe and we have a Night BELL as well!!!

We are located in the City-center from Berlin-Steglitz-Zehlendorf, just 800m from the Main Road (B96a) heading from Potsdam to the center of Berlin, or 10 Min. walk from the S-Bahn Lankwitz or Lichterfelde Ost,
or 8 Minutes Walk from the Bus Station (186), Gärtnerstr.-Ostpreußendamm
From the Mainstation, Hauptbahnhof, you take the RE 5, which goes direktly to the Station: Lichterfelde-Ost.
(S-Bahn (S 25) to Potsdamer Platz - city center - takes 15 min.)
By car:Close to the city-autobahn 103, you have the best connections, Motorway to Steglitz; Birkbuschstrasse - Siemensstrasse; turn right into Mozartstrasse to the end - Humperdingstrasse. The hotel parking lot is on your right hand side.


Franzstr. 23 is at the Corner Beethovenstr.
