About Europäischer Hof Köln

Europäischer Hof Köln is located in the very heart of Cologne in a quiet corner of the city within walking distance of the main train station. The metro stations are about 50 yards from our door.

We are a short distance from the famous cathedral and other tourist attractions. Cologne University is not far away as well as the Latin Quarter where all the student pubs and restaurants are bustling with life. Here you will find all sorts of International cuisine such as Italian, Greek, Persian and Turkish. You can also try the local beer called 'Kölsch', which is a tasty, mild stout.

There are many special events not to be missed in Cologne including the Xmas markets and international trade fairs. Our city is the home of many TV and film companies located at the famous Mediapark-Köln.

All rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, direct dial telephone and a radio-alarm clock. Except for our single rooms with shared bathroom, all rooms have a colour TV with about 30 channels including CNN, NBC and BBC.

There are several places nearby where you can hire bicycles. A private car park is available 100 yards down the street. A Bureau de Change is situated inside the main train station, just a short walk from us.
