Property Description

The hostel can be found in a brick building, which was modernised in 2002, and is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Dortmund, the 'Kreuzviertel'. Within the building you can also find the 'Mongo's', a very popular Mongolian restaurant and 'Kieser Training'.

For sunny days, and there is no shortage of them, we can provide the lively West Park and the more peaceful Westfalenpark just around the corner. Starting from the original student pub, jazz cellar, Turkish Snack bar up to scene pubs everything can be found within easy walking distance.

The Westfalenhallen as well as the stadium, where you can almost feel the atmosphere during football-matches, are in close distance. You find a direct connection to the B 1 and the local traffic network. The Dortmund hostel - Ruhrgebiet: the perfect place to get to know the Ruhr region and it's people.

From the dortmund-airport: airport shuttle or bus 440:
 
non stop shuttle bus to the central train station (5,- Euro/person) or
by bus 440, direction 'Oespel/Germania/Lütgendortmund'. Leave the bus in 'Parkhaus Barop' and take the tram U42 diection 'Grevel'. Leave the tram at station 'Kreuzstra�e'. Leave the station(exit 'Kreuzstra�e') and walk down the road to the next traffic light (100m). Turn right and walk down the 'Lindemannstra�e'. After the next traffic light you'll find our hostel (150m) on the left side in a red brick house. The entrance is on the left side down the ramp.
 
From the central train station U41/U45/U47/U49:
 
go to the subway-platform. Directions: 'Westfalenhallen' / 'Aplerbeck' / 'Hacheney'. You can take any subway which arrives. Leave after 2 stations at 'Stadtgarten'. Change to platform 'Hombruch'. Go on with the U42 direction 'Hombruch' to the station 'Kreuzstra�e'. Leave the station (exit 'Kreuzstra�e') and walk down the road to the next traffic light (100m). Turn right and walk down the 'Lindemannstra�e'. After the next traffic light you'll find our hostel (150m) on the left side in a red brick house. The entrance is on the left side down the ramp.
 
From the subway station 'Kreuzstra�e' U42:
Leave the station (exit 'KreuzstraÃ?e') and walk down the road to the next traffic light (100m). Turn right and walk down the 'LindemannstraÃ?e'. After the next traffic light you'll find our hostel (150m) on the left side in a red brick house. The entrance is on the left side down the ramp.
