The Berliner Hof is also an ideal base for sightseeing. Located on most main bus and underground routes, it is a good starting point for other destinations. The way to the airport takes only 16 minutes by train. The congress center is as close as two bus stops.

Directions

Around 300 trains a day stop at the Dusseldorf Airport Rail Station, which is located directly on a major axis of the European railway network. A monorail connects the railway station and the terminal building.

The S7 S-Bahn (underground) train connects the airport and Solingen-Ohligs, and stops on the lower level of the terminal building. The bus station is located in front of central Arrivals, where taxis can also be found; a typical taxi fare to the hotel is around 15 EUR. The nearest metro station is 200 metres from the hotel.

Dusseldorf is served by trams, buses and a metro system. A single ticket costs around 2 EUR. Trams stop running at around midnight during the week; some trams run until 2 AM.
