The Schnookloch Hotel, which exists since 1703, is a historical building situated within the romantic old town of Heidelberg beside the Old Bridge and the Neckar River.

The world famous historical Heidleberg Castle is 10 minutes away. From the cosy, stylishly attractive rooms there is a wonderful view over roofs of the old town and its romantic alleys.

The hotel also owns a tavern renowned for its lively evenings often embellished with live piano music and sing-alongs according to the mood and disposition of the clients.

Behind the tavern there is the Eichendorff-Stubchen, a small room where Mr Eichendorff formerly came to relax in the evenings over a glass of wine. There is an adjoining beer garden surrounded by wild vines.
