Recommended by 6 independent travel guides! A Family run pension in an excellent location in the middle of the island. It's just a 15 minute walk into the capital town of Fira, and a 10 minute bus ride to the beach.

Located in the traditional village of Karterados where car & moped rental offices, coffee bars, tavernas, travel offices and mini-markets, plus a laundry and a bakery, are all close by.

We will do our utmost to make your stay an enjoyable one.

We have 20 rooms each fitted with private en-suite bathroom, a safe box and a fridge. Some rooms are fitted with air conditioning and / or a kitchen. We also have some apartments that can accommodate 2 to 5 people.

Breakfast is available on request - served on the terrace or outdoor courtyard. The pension is surrounded by flowers and luxurious plants, and the swimming pool is set amid a small garden.

Free transportation is offered from the airport or harbour, and free parking is available just outside.
At reception guests can obtain assistance with car or scooter rental and book guided tours of the island, or boat trips to the volcano, thermal springs and traditional island of Thirassia in the caldera bay.
Please note that cancellations and changes to a booking must be notified 3 days in advance, otherwise you will be charged !
