Directions

Coming from the Airport :
Take the bus to the last station and then transfer to the Blue Metro. Get off at Deak ter, switch to the yellow metro in the direction of Mexiko ut. After four stops get off at the Vorosmarty utca, (***** Vorosmarty UTCA, NOT Vorosmarty TER ******) The hostel is at Vorosmarty utca number 46. Press 8 at the door.

Coming from the Keleti Train Station :
If you are coming before 21:00, go across the street to where the McDonalds is and the #73 Red Trolly (DO NOT TAKE THE 73 BLUE BUS THAT STOPS IN FRONT OF THE STATION) This 73 Trolly will take you to Podmaniczky utca, from there just follow the numbers to 46 (***** Vorosmarty Utca, NOT Vorosmarty TER ******) The hostel is at Vorosmarty utca number 46. Press 8 at the door. (Warning: If you arive after 21:00 (9 pm) and befor 23:00 (11 pm) you can catch a bus to Deak ter and from there the yellow/orange (M1) Metro to Vorosmarty utca. After Midnight it is wisest to take a cab. (Do not pay more that 3000 Huf for the ride.))

Coming from the Nyugati train station simply stroll up Terez Korut until Oktogon (your left as you exit the trainstation). Take another left at the next main street of Andrassy, 3 blocks to Vorosmarty take one more left and look up for #46. press 8 at the door.

WARNING !! MAKE SURE YOU STAMP AND VALIDATE A NEW METRO TICKET FOR EVERY DIFFERENT COLOR LINE YOU TAKE, THE METRO CONTROLERS TARGET ALL TOURISTS!!!
One more WARNING !! DO NOT EXCHANGE MORE THAN A FEW BUCKS AT THE TRAIN STATION. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY CHARGE NO COMMISSION BUT IN REALITY THEY TAKE 25% !!!
