Our Guesthouse is one of the best located Guesthouses in Budapest.
EVER SILVESTER means : NONSTOP NEW YEAR'S EVE, in hungarian language . That is why we have a CHRISTMAS decoration in the rooms and a CHRISTMAS TREE in the common room during the whole year.

Our Guesthouse is situated in the HEART OF BUDAPEST, in the middle of the popular DOWNTOWN'S AREA, just stone throw distance from the GRAND SYNAGOGUE the DEAK SQUARE, the famous VACI UTCA, and the club's area in DOHANY UTCA .
Our Guesthouse is located in the old JEWISH DISTRICT, but we are very close to the romantic old fifth and sixth districts. After 5 - 10 minutes walk you can get to the old Chain Bridge and to the famous Buda Quarter. The most popular walking and shopping area called VACI UTCA, with great restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs is just few minutes by walk. If you turn to the left at the next street, you will find the best music clubs of Budapest, like M4, Old Men's Club, Alcatraz, Club 7 or Portside.
The famous Simpla Movie Garden, where you can lay on sofabeds and drink cheap beers while you are watching good movies, is just 100 meters far from our place.
This is a spacious Guesthouse with a lot of light. There are three independent rooms, one double room, one extra large three beded room and one extra large room for two or four persons. There is a separated, common and dining room with table, armchairs, etc.. .

The kitchen is well equipped, you can use stove, microwave owen, coffee machine, toaster, pots, plates, dishes and teflons.
There is a large, common bathroom with a bathtub and shower with unlimited, 24 hours hot water facility. The toilet is separated from the bathroom.
The rates include all of the side costs and the fee of cleaning at the end of your stay. Fresh linen and towels are provided for you. Bring only your personal things, some money and good mood ! The keys will be given you personally at the time of your arrival. In every case please contact us by phone or by e-mail and inform us about the EXACT TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL !
