About Gallery Cafe Hostel

The Gallery Café hostel is located in a small heritage town, Gort, 30 mins from Galway, Ennis, Loughgrea and Kinvara. Only 45 mins from Cliffs of Moher, Shannon airport and 10 mins from the Burren.
Gallery Café hostel is a place of excellent real food, art, music, and a lot of fun.
If you enjoy slam poetry and live music every Sunday this place is for you. We try to find up- and-coming talent which ranges from amazing musicians from all backrounds from blues, blue grass, jazz, American folk to slam poets, comedians and dancers for our Sunday night gigs.
If you enjoy good conversation, amazing talented musicians, art, wine, mediterranean food and organic fairtrade coffe come and visit.

Directions

We are 30 mins from Kinvara, Loughgrea, Ennis.

1 hour from the Cliffs of Moher, Shannon airport and Galway airport.

45 mins from Galway city, Doolen ferries to the Arran islands.

When coming from the Shannon airport take the main Galway road, N18, through to Ennis and on to Gort.
In Gaway take the N18 to Limerick getting off at Gort.

From Dublin take the main Dublin- Galway road and at Loughgrea, at the end of the town take the left turn to Gort.
In Gort we are in the center of the Square on the right hand side across from the main bus stop.
Please check in after 6pm and contact the gallery cafe on arrival.
