Hartford House Bed and Breakfast is located in a quaint and picturesque rural area close to the village of Kilmanagh. Situated 9 miles from Kilkenny and 20 miles from Cashel on the scenic route, R695, we find many of our guests are en route to visit the Rock of Cashel who then go on to the Ring of Kerry. Our proximity to Killkenny City strengthens our position in terms of transport and services. The routes to our house are well sign-posted and easy to follow from several different roads.

On your arrival we welcome you with refreshments. The breakfast menu is extensive with options to suit all palettes.

Kilmanagh / Ballykeeffe is situated in the west of Kilkenny, approximately 9 miles (13K) from Kilkenny city. Kilmanagh is 20 miles from Cashel on the R695, the road to Kilmanagh from Kilkenny is part of the Sli 7. A scenic route which starts in Kilkenny city, goes through Kilmanagh, then into the Slieveardagh hills, the route then goes down into Kilcooley Abbey, back into Kilmanagh then Kilkenny again.
