A really comfortable accommodation, close to Lido of Rafael and Maria Pia Beach (about 150 meters).

It 's a really nice villa for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

We are close to restaurants and supermarkets, about 3 km from the old town and we have a bus stop in front of the Villa.
We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with shower and 2 with bath-tub), one big kitchen for customers to cook, one big living room to relax, outdoor veranda with barbecue facilities and private car parking.

Minicab sevice is also available for a low rate to go to the town center or Alghero surroundings. 'Il rovo' swimming pool can be used for only 5 euros per person as an alternative to the beach.

If you are coming without a car, when you arrive at the airport call us. Marcello will pick you up (this service is free for stays of a minimum of 3 days,otherwise will be charged ? 5,00 per person).

If you rent a car, before leaving the airport call Marcello. When you leave the airpot, turn right in Alghero direction and left at the end of the street. At the end of this street turn right and then left at the traffic lights towards the beach. Now you are in Via Liguria number 64, Villa Arca is less than 100 metres from the traffic lights. On you right you can see the bus stop and in front you will see Marogna Jewellers and Corallo.
