B&B Casa tina Maugeri is in an elegant apartment block in the town centre, near Bellini park and the Cibali stadium, Verga and Metropolitan Theatres and the most important Universities. Just 5 minutes far from the very central Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo and the commercial Corso Italia.
The building is opposite a little square where you can park or take all public transport: bus, taxi; besides this there is a convenient indoor garage in front of the building.
We are not far away from the sea: only 1 Km from the beach with volcanic rocks and 2 Km from the famous beach with gold sand 'la Plaja'. Both are easily reachable with public transport or by car. The airport is 30 minutes far away by car from the B&B.
The bed-rooms are all with balcony, air conditioning, TV; there is a wide drawing-room and a dining-room where to have breakfast and relax watching television or reading a good book; this rooms are also with air conditioning.
Upon request, it is possible to use the kitchen with dish-washer and oven; besides this there is an independent laundry with washing-machine.
The rooms are cleaned daily and the linen is changed every two days during the stay.
