About Andy House

Andy House is a calm indipendent Villino with garden.
It is:
- 3 minutes from Fortezza da Basso (site of exhibitions) on foot;
- 12 minutes from downtown on foot or by bus.
It's composed of two comfortable rooms, containing two beds everyone, equipped with T.V. and internet access.
Every room has its private bath and a direct access to the private garden with fencing, where it is possible to put a pet into a little lodge.
The apartment has a kitchen, where you can have the first breakfast self-service.
It's possible on request to add an extra bed in both rooms.

The price includes:
- first breakfast self-service
- daily cleaning of the room;
- complete bed linen and bath linen (towels and shower cloth);
- soap and bathfoam;
- hairdryer;
- T.V. set;
- Internet access in room (for laptops).

Payment: Cash only, on arrival.

Directions

How to get there:

By car:
From the exit 'Firenze nord' on the freeway A1, follow the directions to 'Circonvallazione' and then 'Fortezza da Basso'; then choose direction 'Careggi', you'll find a little bridge (the way gets narrow) across River Mugnone; turn right into 'Via XX Settembre' then straight on, you'll find a traffic light, turn left, you'll find a light again, turn on the left and you will find 'Piazza della Vittoria'; straight on for 50 meters, 'Via Puccinotti' and you have arrived, on the right, the number 68.

By train: From Florence's 'Santa Maria Novella' railway station of Florence take a bus (n° 4 or n° 8) or a taxi. Get off at the stop 'Via Puccinotti', from there it's 100 meters to our house.

By plane: From the airport of Florence 'Peretola', take a shuttle to the railway station 'Santa Maria Novella', where you can follow the above directions.
