Property Description

Casa Pucci is ideally located near Ponte Vecchio (the Old Bridge) and the Palazzo Pitti (the Pitti Palace). We are close to many of the major attractions, excellent dining, parking and many other amenities.

We are a small family run rather than a hostel. All rooms are clean, finely furnished and include a private bathroom with shower. Each room has private access. Rooms don't have air conditioning but have ceiling fans and heating and maintain comfortable temperature all year round. They can accommodate anything from one person to a small family and they don't have a television.

Unfortunately we do not offer breakfast. Never fear! There are many
typical Florentine bars in the neighbourhood that can provide a very good breakfast.

Directions

By Car:

The 'Autostrada Del Sole' Highway (A1) connects Florence both with southern and northern Italy. We suggest the exit 'Firenze Sud' for those coming from Rome; 'Firenze Nord' for those coming from Milan, Bologna, Venice.

By Train:

Florence Santa Maria Novella (S.M.N.) station is on the major Italian North-South train route. High speed trains running between Milan and Rome stop in Florence. Euro city and night trains connect Florence directly to several European cities (Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Wien, Munich, etc).

By Plane:

Florence (Amerigo Vespucci) airport is at Peretola, approximately 5 km west of Florence.

- To reach the centre/main station from the airport if you don't want to take a taxi, you can get the Vola bus Shutte.

The nearest train station is Santa Maria Novella (the central train station).
