Florentia Rossini is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood (San Jacopino), at the 2nd floor of a nice and just shortly renovated condo, close to the historical center, the central train station Santa Maria Novella, the Exposition Center Fortezza da Basso and the Congress Center (10 minutes' walking distance).
In the neighbourhood you'll find grocery stores, supermarkets, a bank, a chemist's, a post office, various restaurants and almost anything you need in daily life.
Florentia Rossini has 3 bedrooms (1 triple room, 1 quadruple room with two single beds and one double bed, 1 double room with french size bed), a large living-kitchen and a bathroom with a comfortable shower cabin. It has just been refurbished and newly furnished.
The kitchen is - just like the rest of the apartment - well furnished and pratically equipped to fulfill all of the traveller's needs.
There is no curfew and no lock-out, for complete independence you will get your own set of keys during Check-in, so you're free to come and go as you wish.
Our latest clou is the possibility to order personalized massages in the privacy of your room, just to relax or to get relief from the tiredness after a long turistic day walking around the historical center. We offer several kinds of massages, so please tell us if interested when you make your reservation, then we will send you all necessary information and schedule an appointment for you.
We will also take care of the reservation of museums (for example the Uffizi or the Gallery of the Academy), events, train tickets etc. for you at no cost. Just tell us when you would like to visit what and we'll take care of the rest!
If you like to take tours to the Chianti or other country side (wine tours, biking tours, walking or other tours), we'll help you to find the right one and make the reservation.
We will also be happy to suggest the sites/events you should visit during your stay and tell you about opening schedules of major sightseeing places.
Just tell us about your needs and wishes and we'll do our best to fulfill them !
We want you to remember your stay in Florence and make you feel as comfortable as staying in your own home!
If you travel with children, we have cots for you for 13 Euro/night for children up to 3 years. If your children are older than 3 years, please book one bed for each of them or else we cannot garantee the reservation.

For early/late Check-in/Check-out a surcharge of 10 Euro/person is due at arrival.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ARRIVALS AFTER 9 PM (21.00) SO PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR IT AND DON'T MAKE A RESERVATION IF YOU CAN'T BE HERE BEFORE 9 PM EVEN IF THIS SITE WILL ALLOW YOU ANY ARRIVAL TIME! RESERVATIONS WITH ARRIVALS LATER THAN 9PM WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY!
In case of overbooking or arrival after 9 pm despite our recommendation, Florentia Rossini reserves the right to transfer clients to B&B Florentia or another equivalent accomodation (if available).
IMPORTANT: Once you made your reservation, YOU HAVE TO CALL OR EMAIL US to let us know your exact arrival time, otherwise nobody will be there to let you in and hand over the keys! WE DON'T HAVE A RECEPTION!
If the hour of arrival differs from the one that you indicated in the reservation, please let us know as soon as you know it. After the reservation you will get the telephone number of Florentia Rossini to be able to communicate with us.
If possible, please leave a mobile phone number during the reservation, so that we can contact you (especially for last minute reservations).
Beside that, you will also receive a confirmation directly from 'Florentia Rossini'.
IF YOUR ARRIVAL IS THE SAME OR NEXT DAY AFTER RESERVATION, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY BEFORE ARRIVAL (possibly by phone). Sometimes clients arrive before the email with their reservation!
One more recommendation: Florentia Rossini is in a very quiet condo of only few families, so in the name of good neighbourhood our guests have to respect that as well. If you prefer partying and loud places or are not willing to follow this condition not to disturb your neighbours, PLEASE DON'T MAKE A RESERVATION WITH US! We want our guests (and our neighbours) to be able to relax so that ALL can be happy and enjoy themselves!
