Property Description

The bed and Breakfast Franz House is located right next to the Arno river in the storical center of Florence.
The B&B is furnished in a simple but welcoming way.

The rooms are big and clear. All the rooms have tv, heating and telephone.
We have single, double, triple and quad room, ensuite and with share facilities.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 8 a.m until 10 a.m and it is an Italian breakfast.

There is an internet point for our guests.

We are just 400 metres from the Santa Maria Novella train station and just beside the Plazza Carlo Goldoni.
From the train station go to Scala Street, pass by the Piazza S.Maria Novella and keep walking down and Via dei Fossi is one of the street on the right side.
