It lies at about 50 km northwest of the city.
Linate airport is around 7 km east of the city centre and it is connected to the central railway station by a shuttle bus running every 20 minutes (in the evening every 30 min.) Also ordinary city buses (n. 73) run from Linate to the centre (Piazza San Babila).
The public transport system operates from 6:00 in the morning until midnight, but during the night there is a bus line which replaces the number 1 subway line.
If you are coming by train we are just few minutes from the main Railway Station 'Stazione Centrale'.
