*the convention to hire the bike, motorbike and car, free parking in the street;
*conventions with restaurants for lunch and dinner
* For the reasons of hygiene, the towels are not included and you have to bring them.
* If you wish we can pick you up at the airport but you have to tell us before and we also have the possibility to organise cheap tours outside Rome, for example to Tivoli, Castel Gandolfo, Lago Bolsena, ect
*If you reserve a room with the shared bathroom, the bathroom will be shared with only one room
*Our structures are authorised by the Azienda Promozione Turistica di Roma (provincial tourist office) and by all the offices competent.

Please confirm the hour of arrival by email or telephone, because we don´t have reception,check-in only by appointment, don't come without making reservation.
The payment of the entire stay has to be made at the arrival, in cash. We don't accept credit card.
The check-in is only possible by appointment by telephone or email,
Cancellation Policy: Your reservation can be cancelled 2days before the arrival date, otherwise it will be charged one night cancellation fee and the banking costs

If you book online with an immediate confirmation, in the rare cases of overbooking ,we will give you one room in the same area for the same price and of the same quality or better, the deposits are not returned anymore
