  • We stayed with Mrs Totti (and Kiki the cat) in April and we had a great time. The room was spacious and comfy, the bathroom (shared with Mrs T) was spotless, and our host was everything kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast wasn't exciting, but filled the gap. Her english is limited but perfectly adequate even if you don't speak any italian/french. Great location too - walking distance into town, and right by the bus & train stations. I'd heard Termini was a dodgy area but I felt quite safe even at night (we are two women) - I wouldn't linger around the station, but the street the B&B is on is quiet. Recommended, especially if you're on a budget.

Totti B&B is situated in the heart of Rome within five minutes walking distance of the Colosseum and close to Termini train station.

We offer one double room with private bath, 2 double or triple rooms with shared bath and one single room with private bath. The rooms have been well furnished with meticulous care to assure a comfortable stay in the intimacy of your own private area. It is also equipped with a living room, one kitchen, a shared bathroom and a private garden with wonderful palm trees, where you can take relax

The bed and breakfast is managed directly by Mrs. Totti, who get an excellent breakfast with milk and coffee, croissants, marmalade, pies, bread, butter and cheese.
The breakfast is served in the garden in spring and summer.

Directions

If you are coming from the main Airport of Leonardo Da Vinci you can take the special train called Leonardo Express that runs from 6.37 in the morning to 11.37 in the evening.

When you come out of the main train station, turn right on to Via Marsala exit and then left after the traffic lights and take the first on your left. This is Via Gaeta so go to No. 79 and ring the bell.
