We stayed with Mrs Totti (and Kiki the cat) in April and we had a great time. The room was spacious and comfy, the bathroom (shared with Mrs T) was spotless, and our host was everything kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast wasn't exciting, but filled the gap. Her english is limited but perfectly adequate even if you don't speak any italian/french. Great location too - walking distance into town, and right by the bus & train stations. I'd heard Termini was a dodgy area but I felt quite safe even at night (we are two women) - I wouldn't linger around the station, but the street the B&B is on is quiet. Recommended, especially if you're on a budget.
