Aenea's Bed and Breakfast is situated in the heart of Rome, 2 minutes walking from Termini railway station. It's the perfect place to stay when exploring and discovering the 'eternal city'; within minutes you can be at the Colosseum, Domus Aurea, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Campidoglio, the Spanish Steps, the fashionable via dei Condotti etc.

The property has been completely renovated and the owners speak Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.

The comfortable rooms all have a private en-suite bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer also air conditioning and a colour TV. All bed linen and towels are included. There is no charge for children under the age of four and a cot can be provided for babies - please request this when booking. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Guests may help themselves to breakfast each morning in the bright dining room; coffee, hot chocolate or tea is available at any time of the day.

A few meters away from the apartment there is a coin laundry and an Internet point.

Warning:Please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival or do it afterwards by e-mail. This is necessary to be welcomed without hitches, as there is not a concierge night and day.

Payment: a deposit will be required after you complete the reservation (we'll contact you by email) by PayPal. The balance will be due cash upon arrival.

Directions

From Termini Railway Station: exit Via Giolitti. Walking on the right hand footpath of Via Giolitti, the 4th street on the right is Via Rattazzi. We are at the number 63.


From Fiumicino Airport and Ciampino Airport: you can take a train to Roma Termini and follow the directions from train station.


By train :

1) From Tiburtina Railway Station: Underground Line B (blue) to 'TERMINI' stop. Then follow the directions as on the next step

2) From Termini Railway Station: Leave the station exit Via Giolitti. Walking on the right hand footpath of Via Giolitti, the 4th street on the right is Via Rattazzi. We are at the number 63.


By car (from any directions):

Coming to Rome by the Autostrada n. 'A1' 'Florence-Naples', 'A12' from 'Civitavecchia', 'A24' from 'Teramo' or 'A25' from 'Pescara' you have to overtake the G.R.A and go on until ' S.Giovanni ' exit (n.23). You will be on 'Via Appia Nuova': follow the direction to centre of Rome.

After approximately 8 Km you will find 'Re di Roma' square, so take the road to 'S.Giovanni'. From S. Giovanni take via Emanuele Filiberto until Piazza Vittorio and then via Napoleone III.
The first on the right is via Rattazzi. It's one way, so you'll need to turn around to take it from the right side.
