The Alice in Wonderland hostel is a smart, attractive, modern hostel in the heart of Rome, near the San Giovanni cathedral and the Colosseum. Rooms are spacious but are located in a separate building from reception. A great hostel for couples, complete with a terrace with a view. It's not exactly next door to the Duomo but it is very close to the metro, and after all you're only a fifteen minute walk to the Colosseum.
