About Amore Romano

We would like to welcome you to "Amore Romano B&B", the newest bed and breakfast situated in the heart of the Eternal City near St. Peter's Basilica.
From the bed and breakfast it is possible to visit easily on foot the most important and interesting historic, artistic and architectural sites in Rome, such as the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant' Angelo, Piazza Navova, Campo dé Fiori, Piazza Farnese, The Pantheon, or you may choose to enjoy a beautiful walk along the Tiber River.
This recently renovated apartment is located inside a historic palace (building) built in the year 900. The space is extremely cozy, bright and airy with every comfort to make you feel at home.

A classic Italian breakfast comprised of fresh breads, brioche, jams and coffee will be provided. The kitchen within the bed and breakfast is fully equipped with utensils if you choose to prepare a more abundant breakfast or decide to dine in for lunch or dinner.

A housekeeper will provide on a daily basis the necessary household linens.

Maps and tourist information are available for your use . Upon request, guided visits of the city and car service from the airport to Amore Romano can be arranged in advance through us.

In the area you will find a supermarket, a variety of shops specializing in typical Roman products, an internet cafe which includes international calling service and a taxi station.

How to reach Amore Romano:

From Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci) airport: Take the FR1 train in the direction of Settebagni for 5 stops, exit at the Trastevere station, take the FR3B train in the direction of Cesano and exit at the San Pietro stop. Walk 200 meters to Via della Stazione di San Pietro.

From Ciampino airport: Take the Terravision bus until it arrives at Termini Station. Once you have arrived at Termini Station head toward Piazza dei Cinquecento and find the front of the Station, from there take bus number 64 in the direction of "Stazione di San Pietro". Exit the bus at the end of the line, then walk 200 meters to Via della Stazione di San Pietro.

Via car (coming from the South of Rome): From outside Rome follow the autostrada indications for Grande Raccordo Anulare -exit 1 "Aurelia", direction centro and follow the indications for Citta del Vaticano-San Pietro and continue to Via Gregorio VII. When you arrive at the traffic light of porta Cavalleggeri veer right onto Via del Crocifisso, continue straight for 300 meters, turn left onto Via della Stazione San Pietro and after 100 meters you have arrived at Amore Romano.
