Tourist House Ostiense is situated 1 kilometer from the heart of the Eternal
City ("Fori Imperiali? "Colosseo? "Palatino? etc.)
and is 300 meters from the Station Ostiense. From the Station Ostiense there is a train to
Leonardo da Vinci airport. Also, from the 'Garbatella' stop of the
'BLU' (or 'B') metro line the tourist house can be reached. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a modern building which has elevator and garage for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.

Tourist House Ostiense is an apartment of about 70 square meters. It consists
of two bedrooms, a furnished kitchen with dining room, a bathroom, and a
balcony. The environment of the apartment is comfortable, and sunny with
heating and air-conditioning, TV with Satellite connection, 24 hr internet connection (all inclusive in the price).

In this friendly atmosphere there is a small library.

The hosts are available to advise and consult clients about information and
activities both cultural and practical that are offered in the city. Tourist
House Ostiense is accessible at all periods during the year, 24 hours a day.

The apartment has cleaning of the rooms and changing of the linens is included in the price.

We offer in particular rooms in comfortable appartments with use of the kitchen

Check-in and Departure: The exchanging of the keys and other formalities
will be done by the personnel of Tourist House Ostiense who will meet the
guests upon arrival and departure. The guests may pick up the keys from 12
noon until 7 pm the day of arrival, and are asked to return them to the
personnel of Tourist House Ostiense by 10 am the day of departure.
The guests, in the event that they will arrive later than planned, can contact
the host.
N.B:Quadrupla room price with private bathroom is euro 140 for entire apartment.

OTHER INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of a reservation are accepted within 72
hours of the expected arrival. In the case that there is no cancellation, the Tourist House Ostiense
will be authorized to charge the amount for the first night.
The apartment can accomodate 6 people., you will have to pay just an extra of 10 euro more each person of total amount for 4 people ( 140 euro) for night.

Directions

From the Ciampino airport: Take the train going to the 'Roma
Termini' and get off at the 'Termini' station. Next take the
'BLU' (or 'B') line of the metro in the
'Laurentina' direction and get off at the 'Garbatella'
stop.
From the Leonardo da Vinci airport: Take the "REG?train in the 'Roma
Ostiense' direction and get off at the 'Roma Ostiense' stop.
From there you can reach the street Via Capitan Bavastro, in 5 mins. walking or
with a taxi. If travelling within the city, take the 'BLU'
(or'B') metro line towards the 'Laurentina' direction and
get off at the 'Garbatella' stop.
In all cases the apartment is reached within 5 mins. by foot.
From the 'Autostrada' (the highway): Take the 'Raccordo
Anulare' (the highway that circles the city) and get off at the n. 24 exit
called 'Ardeatina'. Take the 'Ardeatina' street in the
direction towards the center until you reach the street 'Cristoforo
Colombo'. Take the 'Cristoforo Colombo' street also in the
direction of the center, until you reach the 'Circonvallazione
Ostiense'.
In alternative, from the 'Raccordo Anulare' take the n. 23 exit called
'Appia'. Again take the 'Appia' in the direction of the
center until the plaza 'Piazza San Giovanni' where you will find the
street 'Cristoforo Colombo' and take that in the direction of the sea
(mare), until the cross street 'Circonvallazione Ostiense'.
In both cases it is about 5 kilometers from the 'Raccordo Anulare'
to the 'Circonvallazione Ostiense'.
