• Only a 10-minute walk from Termini, the Independence Square Inn B&B is a shiny, but basic hostel with clean rooms and cute furniture (unfinished pine nightstands and pretty bed frames).
   
  The light and airy Independence Square only has five rooms in total - two with private bath and three with shared. Privacy is respected with solid wood double doors to keep your fellow guests from noticing you. The downsides? There's no elevator and no telephones in the room and reception is limited; guests get a key to the building.

Independence Square Inn B&B is located in the historical centre of downtown Rome within a short walking distance from the Termini Railway Station and 10 minutes walking to all the major sights Rome has to offer...Fountain di Trevi, Colloseum, Spanish Steps.

Our B&B offers room types doubles, triples and quads, with or without private bathrooms we also provide you with free linen, free towels, free breakfast (which includes caffe e latte, tea, orange juice, croissant so your morning starts with a smile) and 10% discount on our Italian restaurant that is situated downstairs from the B&B.
In conjunction with other B&B's, we provide organised city tours.

Our young, friendly and multilingual staff are there to assist you for the length of your stay, and will do anything they can to make your stay in Rome as pleasant as possible.
In our B&B we provide detailed maps and directions to all the sites as well as tried-and-tested suggestions on Rome's vibrant nightlife.Check in hours from 8 to 22 from monday to saturday. On sunday reception is open only from 8:00 to 14:00

Payment is upon arrival
This bed and breakfast will only accept guests arriving before 22:00 from monday to saturday. On sunday reception is open only from 8:00 to 14:00
Your arrival must be within 4 hours of the time which you indicated when booking.
However from monday to saturday your arrival must anyway be before 22:00 and on sunday before 14:00.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of a booking otherwise the first night will be charged.
we accept only cancellation made by email.
we appreciate a e-mail stating if you prefer double beds or single beds and your confirm exact arrival time because we haven't a 24 hours reception or call the phone number if you are late
