Maian b&b is located in the Esquilino hill, just 2 minutes walk from the Termini central railway station and the most important archeologic site, commercial centre, pub and restaurant.

The room windows offer a view onto Manfredo Fanti square just in front of the Acquario Romano.

In designing the B&B, which we have finished recently, has a very warm appearance characterized by wooden floors, modern furniture, fresh colours and contemporary art.
the breakfast is self service 24 h

There is a bathroom available ensuite in two room the other have external private bath in front of the room. To ensure freedom to the visitors we provide them with a set of keys to the room and maian entrance.

the Maian bb has only three double rooms for the travellers.
The owner offers to all the advantages of a hotel in a big house.
The prices are very good for the quality we offer
