Hostel Le Sirene is the ONLY Hostel of Sorrento, it is a only 5 minutes to walk from the Local Train Station Circumvesuviana" and from the Sea.
In this Hostel you have the opportunity to have a low price and to have alls the comforts of an central location with many services nearby: supermarket, Photoshop, laundry, pharmacy, tobacco, local typical market, bicycle, scooter and car rental, etc.


The Hostel is very close to the nightlife of Sorrento, many discos and restaurants are available for you to spend your time having fun.
For our guests there is a free pass for the best disco in Sorrento, 'Casino Club' which evening organizes different entertainments such as live misic, latin American and so on, just 5 minutes walk from the Hostel.

In the Reception you find always everybody that can you help you in all yours necessarily


Alls the rooms have a private Bathroom and Shower. Bed Linen and Towels are included in the price.

From our hostel it is very easy to reach places like Pompei and Ercolano in around half an hour by taking the 'Circumvesuviana'. From Ercolano it is also possible to make excursions to the Vesuvio. The train runs regulary every 20 minutes. Also the Amalfi coast is easy to reach with a bus leaving from the train station regularly, and in half an hour you are in Positano and in one hour in Amalfi. The islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida are accessible by ferry, leaving from the port of Sorrento, which is 15 minutes walk from the hostel.

Directions

Sorrento has a strategic position which allows it to be easily reached either by car, train, bus, or by sea.

By car, driving along the motorway A 2 Rome-Naples for those who come from the north, or the A 16 Bari-Naples for those who come from the south, you get onto the A 3. Exiting at Castellammare of Stabia, you arrive to the SS Sorrentine 145 - that travelling alongside the sea - permits you to reach Sorrento. The SS 145 offers an extraordinary spectacle, and as you pass by the towns of Seiano, Meta, Piano of Sorrento , Saint Agnello and finally Sorrento street Via Degli Aranci.

By public transportation, there are various possibilities:
If you arrive in Naples with the trains of the State railway (FS), the Central Station of Garibaldi Square is connected by underground passageways to the lines of the Circumvesuviana, which link directly Naples and Sorrento. The trains depart every 30 minutes, and in a little more than an hour, you arrive in Sorrento. The updated timetables can be consulted on the site www.vesuviana.it.

People who arrive in Naples by plane have the possibility of using the daily bus connections, effected by the Curreri bus service. Every day, in fact, six trips are foreseen which connect Sorrento (Tasso Square) with the Capodichino Airport (Naples).At 09:00am - 11:00am - 01:00pm - 02:30pm - 04:30pm - 07:00pm.The trip takes approximately 1 hour.

For people who want to reach Sorrento from Rome - avoiding the use of the trains - there is the possibility to take advantage of a bus MAROZZI which effects two daily trips and that in four hours, link directly, Rome (departure from Tiburtina station) and Sorrento (Tasso Square).


Sorrento can be easily reached also by sea, thanks to the hydrofoils that connect the Beverello Pier (Naples, opposite the Maschio Angioino) with the Harbour of Marina Piccola (small seashore) in Sorrento.
Upon arrival at the Sorrento Harbour you will find the yellow buses of the Circumvesuviana which connect the Centre of Sorrento Bus line B till Train Station then by foot.

* Once you arrive in Sorrento Train Station you can easily follow the directions and in 5 minutes you arrive at the hostel.
